Simon B. Franklin started working for Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc, in June 2008. He joined the company having five (5) years experience as a tenant/buyer representative, primarily for office requirements, but also has experience in the industrial market.
Prior to joining Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Simon worked for CresaPartners LLC, where he concentrated his efforts solely on tenant/buyer representation.
