Alan Bilecky, Secretary and Executive Vice President of Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has been involved in the sale and leasing of industrial properties since 1982 when he began his career with Arnheim and Neely, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA. A top producer in the Western Pennsylvania brokerage business, he has averaged over 40 transactions per year for the last 21 years.

Mr. Bilecky joined Cushman and Wakefield of Pennsylvania in 1987 where in 1991 he earned the honor of being the Number One Industrial Broker on a national level.

In 1992, he became one of the founders and principals of Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. where in addition to his brokerage duties, he is Corporate Secretary and is in charge of salesperson training and development.

Mr. Bilecky graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1973 with a degree in Urban Regional Planning. He is presently a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors as well as the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.
