Ed Atkinson, Property Manager, began his career in real estate as an investor, successfully building a portfolio of properties throughout Western Pennsylvania. By creating strategic partnerships, Ed managed the renovation and/or condominium conversion of several properties in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Louisiana. Ed was additionally involved as the principal of a commercial lending firm focused on the residential investment market. Ed’s nearly fifteen years of experience has been channeled toward the management of commercial properties for Pennsylvania Commercial.
Ed’s management portfolio has included retail centers as well as Class A office properties. His experience and unlimited energy make him a huge asset to his clients.
Married with two daughters, Ed is also passionate about fitness and has completed several “Iron Man” competitions, marathons and triathlons.
Ed attended Duquesne University where he majored in business.
