Gene Galiardi, Vice President, has been associated with Pennsylvania Commercial since 1999. Gene has worked full-time in commercial and industrial real estate brokerage since the spring of 1989.
Gene's primary focus has been on industrial real estate sales and leasing. Mr. Galiardi has completed transactions on behalf of Atlas America, Inc., Drager Safety Inc., Solideal Industrial Tire, Laboratory Corporation of America, Mohawk Carpeting, Lane Construction Corporation, Lenox, Hanson North America, Andersen Windows, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Master-Halco, Inc., Mallinckrodt Medical, St. Margaret Hospital, and Bennett Supply Company.
Gene is a Pittsburgh native, and his prior work experience included industrial development and redevelopment activities in several western Pennsylvania communities. That experience has provided Mr. Galiardi with a thorough knowledge of western Pennsylvania's industrial real estate market, as well as financial opportunities for companies considering a location within Pennsylvania.
In his spare time, Gene has served as a volunteer instructor in Junior Achievement's Elementary School program.
