Mark Rice, Chief Engineer and Safety Manager for Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. . With a broad range of education, certifications, abilities and work experience, Mr. Rice is able to assess building mechanical systems and fine tune operations to ensure maximum efficiency and equipment longevity.

Certified in HVAC and Refrigeration, Mr. Rice is equally comfortable with modern electronics, DDC controls, audio-visual equipment, fire alarm and security systems, construction methods, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Mr. Rice has developed energy management and tracking methods that help to manage mechanical systems ensuring effective and efficient operations.

As Safety Manager, Mr. Rice oversees and develops the policies for chemical controls, subcontractor review, and approval, and employee and subcontractor safety orientation. Mr. Rice is responsible for developing and conducting safety training programs and for ensuring employees and subcontractors maintain compliance.

Mr. Rice's numerous training experiences and certifications have made him comfortable with rubber roof installations, environmental regulations and procedures, boiler and pressure vessel operation and management, HVAC controls design and as a locksmith. He has taught refrigeration and equipment repair at the vo-tech school level.
