Becky Devey, Facility Planning and Design Manager of Pennsylvania Commecial Real Estate, Inc. has worked in the field of facilities management for more than sixteen years. Prior to starting her career with Pennsylvania Commercial, Ms. Devey worked as Facility Planner for The Design Alliance, a premier architectural firm in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to that, she worked for the Michael Baker Corporation, where she spent ten years as their Facilities Designer for more than 30 national locations.

While working for The Design Alliance, Ms. Devey managed the firms major Pittsburgh accounts, including: Giant Eagle Corporate Offices, RIDC; Heinz, Northside and USX locations; Eat'n Park Corporate Relocation, Waterfront; Parker Hunter, USX; Freemarkets, One Mellon; JJ Gumberg, The Oliver Building.

Her experience at Michael Baker Corporation included responsibilities such as, space planning, interior design and furniture/finish selections, reviewing demolition and construction plans, coordination of IT systems and networking, development of schedules and cost estimates, purchasing, invoicing, warehousing, inventory control, management of facility requests.

Currently, Ms. Devey is the lead facility planner on the NOVA Chemicals account, a position that was transferred from Trammell Crow Company to Pennsylvania Commercial in September 2005. Responsibilities include the supervision of all NOVA Chemicals' United States office space requirements and her work ranges from ergonomic assessments to space planning and design. She also manages the purchasing, invoicing, and monthly reporting for all facility-related initiatives; and coordinates space requirements and room logistics for the company's internal events, such as investor conferences, seminars and shareholder meetings.

Ms. Devey graduated from the Community College of Beaver County with an Associates Degree in Architectural and Structural Drafting. She is an active member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the International Facilities Management Association and continues to enhance her facilities management expertise through educational seminars and technology advancement training.
