Renee DeBlasis started working for Pennsylvania Commercial in July, 2007.

As Manager of Contract Services for Pennsylvania Commercial, Ms. DeBlasis is directly responsible for the interior cleaning of approximately 950,000 sq. ft. of office and commercial space. She provides proper supervision for all cleaning employees and supervisors, monitors all existing cleaning contracts and performs monthly cleaning inspections for all properties. She is also responsible for monitoring all retail parking lot maintenance including safety-related issues.

Ms. DeBlasis is Founder and President of Elite Cleaning Services, Inc. Over the past 27 years she supervised 35 employees within a 70-mile radius, covering 600,000 square feet of office space. Renee has experience in developing scopes of work, negotiating contracts, hiring and training of personnel, and managing payroll.

In addition, she supervised construction clean-ups for major contractors such as Mosites and Dick Corporation. Once the jobs were completed she evaluated the work and wrote any necessary follow-up reports.

Ms. DeBlasis further challenged herself by working for Upper St. Clair School district for ten years as administrative support where she supervised 37 union employees within six (6) schools. She conducted all interviews for union positions and carried out arbitration hearings when legal issues occurred. Renee was also responsible for conducting monthly training classes and seminars on general safety issues, as well as chemical safety compliance with OSHA regulations. This enabled her to ensure all policies and procedures stayed in place. Renee also handled all administrative duties, such as preparing purchase orders and ordering supplies as well as controlling spending for the fiscal year budget.
