Sonya Eurich joined Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate Inc. in the spring of 2007 as Facility Manager of Furniture and Design at NOVA Chemicals Inc. in Moon Township.  Mrs. Eurich has over ten years of experience in interior design, furniture planning, and project management and has been an NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) certificate holder since 2001. 

Prior to starting her position with Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, she spent five years as a project manager at Lindemer Design Inc., an interior design firm in the US Steel Tower in downtown Pittsburgh.  While at Lindemer Design, Mrs. Eurich was responsible for designing tenant space renovations and for taking projects from preliminary space plan to construction management.  As part of the design process, she was responsible for developing construction drawings and coordinating tenant relocations.  She also has five years of experience in furniture planning as a designer for Pittsburgh area furniture dealerships. 

Currently, Mrs. Eurich is the lead facility planner on the NOVA Chemicals account.  Responsibilities include the supervision of all of the office space requirements for their United States Corporate Headquarters, and her daily tasks include ergonomic assessments, space planning, interior design, furniture planning, move coordination, and special events preparation and planning.  She also manages the purchasing, invoicing, and monthly reporting for all facility-related initiatives and coordinates space requirements and room logistics for the company’s internal events, such as investor conferences, seminars, and shareholder meetings.

Mrs. Eurich graduated Cum Laude from La Roche College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design.  She has been actively involved in ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and has served as chair of Continuing Education for the Pennsylvania West ASID Chapter.
