Gina Sies

Gina Sies, Office Manager, joined Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2008. Gina began her career as the Administrative Assistant at Pennsylvania Commercial providing administrative support to the brokerage staff and the President.  Over the past few years, her duties have become an integral part of the company by providing full support to the staff which consists of ten (10) commercial/industrial brokers, including the President, Principal and CEO. As Office Manager, Gina specializes in working with clients, new and old, to help guide them through the real estate process by working directly with the brokers through each transaction. These tasks range from designing and creating marketing materials for each property, executing marketing plans, creating proposals, preparing agreements, as well as day-to-day administrative duties. Her goal is to the make the real estate process a smooth journey for everyone involved.

In 2016, Gina began working for Pennsylvania Commercial Management Services, Inc. In this position, she works as the Assistant to the Property Manager, along with the maintenance team, helping manage over (17) commercial properties around the Pittsburgh Area.
