Scott Long

Scott Long, Vice President, joined Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 1998.  He specializes in sales, leasing, site acquisition and build-to-suits of industrial buildings and land in the western Pennsylvania market.  His success is primarily due to his market knowledge and experience along with the ability to work closely with his clients in establishing strategic real estate plans consistent and complimentary with their goals and objectives.

Scott has completed leases and sales of industrial and commercial properties on behalf of such local companies as Snyder of Berlin, Carter Lumber Company, LKQ Corp., Groff Tractor  Equipment, MHF, Inc., Mazzella Lifting Technologies and Modern Transportation.  Scott’s transaction reach has extended to such national and international companies as General Electric, Sears, U.S. Government, FedEx, Siemens, Iron Mountain, National Beverage Corporation, and Mitsubishi Electric.

Prior to joining Pennsylvania Commercial, Scott was an Account Development Specialist for a local wholesale food distributor with responsibility for over 200 clients covering the entire Tri-State and western Pennsylvania.
